The Peerless HD Flow Wireless System - Additional Receiver Only expands the capabilities of your existing HD Flow wireless system so you can transmit high-definition video from one cable box, Blu-ray player, or other video source to multiple receivers. The receiver can pick up full 1080p HD video signals from distances up to 131' - through walls and floors - via a private WiFi (802.11n) network. (This network resists interference from nearby wireless routers, and there is no network sharing.) The receiver decodes the MPEG-4 video sent by the transmitter (not included) and outputs it to a flat-screen television, a projector, or other display device via its HDMI, component, or composite connections. An HD Flow system can include up to four of these wireless receivers. The receiver is small enough to be mounted discreetly behind your display, so you can enjoy low-profile wireless transmission of lossless HD video throughout your home, with virtually no delay time. Note- Requires the purchase of an HD Flow transmitter/receiver package. To use this additional receiver with your existing HD Flow system, you must upgrade your firmware so your transmitter can function in Multicast mode. This upgrade is available as a free download at www.hdflow.com, under Tech Support.
